- Pour all of the SO GOOD Instant Gota Mix in a big vessel.
- Add 20 ml oil (optional) and mix well.
- Slowly add 250 ml water in this instant mix and make a soft paste.
- Take a small quantity of this paste and gently add it one by one into hot oil and deep fry at consistent heat.
You may add pieces of ripe banana, chopped green chili (non-spicy), freshly chopped fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves and mixed vegetables.
You can also prepare Fulwadi and Kela Vada from this mix.
